San Jose Giants Fundraiser - Spring 2009 (date TBD)

In order to keep our Little League program running, we must do some fundraising throughout the year.  Los Gatos Little League Day at the San Jose Giants is our newest annual fundraiser.  Highlights of this program include:

• A great day of baseball, food and beverage, and family camaraderie.
• Pre-game clinic on the field for LGLL players.  The SJ Giants' players will be the coaches.
• LGLL participates in Pre-Game, First-Pitch, and National Anthem ceremonies.
• Our families come together to celebrate all their hard work and effort with an entertaining and relaxing day at the park.
• San Jose Giants baseball is an easy sell to people who can only buy so much candy or so many coupon books.

Functionally, each child registering for Little League purchases, as part of his or her registration, 6 discounted tickets to a San Jose Giants game (face value of $48).  Players may use these tickets for their family or they may sell the tickets to friends and neighbors in advance of the event. LGLL Managers will distribute tickets to their players once teams begin practicing.

We encourage every family to attend LGLL Day at the San Jose Giants (we'll make sure not to schedule games).  Everyone is guaranteed to have a good time, the investment is less than $5 per ticket, and the money goes to a very good cause, Los Gatos Little League.
